Summer Reading Club
"STARSHIP ADVENTURE AT YOUR LIBRARY"
~June 22 through August 7~
Sign-ups begin Monday, June 22rd for the Summer Reading Club-
children ages 3 through those entering grade 5.
Keep track of the reading you do on your own Summer Reading Log!
- Color in the days that you read or are read to for at least 15 minutes. For each day you have colored in, you will earn one raffle ticket. Raffle tickets may be put towards weekly and/or Grand Prize drawings.
- After seven days of reading colored in, you will be able to choose a prize.
- After 21 days of reading colored in, you will receive a special certificate and you will be able to choose a prize from the Treasure Chest.
OTHER WAYS TO EARN RAFFLE TICKETS:
Earn one raffle ticket when you check-out a book using your library card.
Earn a ticket when you complete an activity on the Summer Activity Calendar.
Earn a ticket when you find the guitar and/r the drum that are hiding in the library. (Maximum of 2 raffle tickets per day.)

The Westfield Athenaeum makes available a variety of museum passes to any individual holding a CWMARS library card that is in good standing (i.e. with no outstanding fines).

Residents and non-residents may borrow passes on a walk-in basis. Only Westfield residents may reserve passes up to 2 weeks in advance.

One pass per family per day is allowed.

There is a 1-day loan period on all passes in order to maximize usage.

Patrons who return a pass late will be charged a $10.00 per day late fee.

The charge for a lost pass is $20.00.

Passes are due back before 8:30 a.m. on the due date.

Passes may be returned in the outside book drop.

Those wishing to reserve passes in advance must make a reservation using the online system , in person, or over the phone.
